1987 American Made™ - Joni Mitchell's Painting Segment New York, NY
Created in 1987 when Cable TV was in it's infancy, American Made
was created to be a behind the scenes look at the creative process.
It evolved from American Craft Hobbiest, looking at that same creative
spirit of "regular" working people.
Conceived by Alan Lebow and later developed by partners
Bob Becker and George Kane, American Made featured some
of America's greatest artists as they explored their own creativity,
sharing their art and thoughts with our American Made audience.
Taj Mahal is just one of a series, featuring Tony Bennett,
Anthony Quinn Joni Mitchell and more, painting and sharing
their thoughts on creativity with us.
