Guitar tablature transcribed by Howard Wright

Tuning: DGDGBD  (other transcriptions in this same tuning)
"Joni" Tuning: D57543
Tuning pattern: x57543  (others in this same pattern)

Author Notes:

All chord shapes used in the song are given at the end.
For each line of tab, the accompanying words are written underneath, and the
chord names on top. I've tried to line up the words with the tablature, but
it doesn't work 100%.

This is a one-guitar version of the song. The original has two guitars, though
they play the same thing most of the time. The best way to learn the piece is
to get the tuning, then try out the chord shapes. Get used to changing between
the chord shapes, then start reading through in detail to get the picking
pattern sussed. The rhythm for the picking is mostly eighth notes; most bars have
eight notes/chords, so if you start out with a steady eight notes to the bar you
should pick it up fairly easily.

The patterns for the all the verses and the two middle eights are basically the
same throughout the song. There are a few small variations that I've included;
for the most part though, the later material is just a copy of the earlier stuff.

Have fun!
