I have spent a lifetime musing over Joni's lyrical meaning. This painting titled "Estrella"
Of course, Estrella is one of the ladies of the canyon. Could this be a self portrait?

This piece is especially significant to me, as my daughter is named Estrella. It represents a beautiful time in my life as well as a beautiful person.

I am an artist and I appreciate all art. I love the simplicity of line and color. It feels like the song's flavor.
