Regretfully, I never "Saw You Somewhere," but I never-ever stopped listening. Thank YOU Joni!

Miss Joni, my older brother introduced me to your music
in 1972. Your music changed my life. Genius is not an adjective to be taken lightly. You embody that for me. At 63 years old, I still go to that intimate, quiet place in which I find an understanding of my deepest love, fears, hope and solace. Thank you, Joni. You were, are, and always will be my hero, in the true sense of the word. You have no idea how much your short video means to me and, no doubt, to countless others. My heartfelt love and gratitude. And prayers for your comfort.

I love listening g to Joni in the summertime. On my earbuds as I work in my garden, turned up high so I can hear you over the hum of my sewing machine as I work on linen, on my smartphone hogging up data as I drive home from second shift in my crappy little car (because commercial radio is for the birds)on the back porch in the moonlight with a glass of wine as I decompress from the day. Thank you for your musical art, its like new every time I turn it on.

Joni, you look beautiful on your "thank you" video and your voice sounds "sweet and high". Your music and art have inspired so many the world over for 50+ years... Thank YOU! Hugs, Paula Messina, Salem OR
