I Think I Understand

all other strings are played along with the ones with fingering positions on
the frets.  x = not to be played.  i have indicated 0 for open whenever a
string is fingered on a fret and then released.  "A" means all strings
played open.  This is all finger-picking and it would take a long time to
indicate the precise order of groups of strings to be picked at any given time.
