Stars pay tribute to Joni Mitchell   

On the heels of her new album, Both Sides Now, Canadian music legend Joni Mitchell is being feted with a TV special to be taped at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom April 6.

Joining Mitchell in performance are Elton John, Diana Krall, K.D. Lang, Shawn Colvin, Wynonna Judd, Chaka Khan, Richard Thompson and Cassandra Wilson.

The show, being hosted by Ashley Judd, will air as part of the TNT network's Masters Series April 16 at 9 p.m.

While Canadian networks have expressed interest in picking up the special at some point, an official carrier has yet to be announced.
