Tickets for the upcoming Joni Mitchell concert will go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. instead of at 11 a.m. as previously announced. The time change, according to concert organizers, is being made because of the long lines expected at the sales outlet here. Tickets will be sold in the lobby of the Union.
